TRANSPORTATION POLICY

Transportation Hours are as follow:
Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 4:30 pm
Saturdays 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

No transportation to the airport on sunday

CHECK IN is at 3:00 pm [if you arrive before check-In time, we take you directly to your pre-operative appointment.]
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 am [Transportation will be provided until 11:00 am] If you check-out after 11:00 am, you will
be responsible for your own transportation plus a $ 70 late check out fee, You can stay a maximum of 6 hours only
If we have availability. If you pass the 6 hrs the night will be charged.

  • Trips provided up to 20 miles away
  • Pick up and drop off at the Miami airport (we do not provide transportation to Fort Lauderdale airport)
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) pre-operative appointment 
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) post-operative appointment
  • Drop off prescriptions and pick up your medications
  • Pick up and drop off to the surgery center

    Transportation is available to you at any time only  the day of your surgery. 
  • All appointments must be made before 4:30 pm
    (to qualify for drop off to the surgery center you must check in the day before surgery)

It is important to know that after you have scheduled the driver for your appointment, you cannot  make changes, you have until 10:30 pm to make a change. The driver is not authorized to go out of his regular itinerary, the driver will not be able to stop at supermarkets, shopping centers, etc.

If you check out after 11am you will be responsible for your own ride to the airport, an additional  fee of $70 will be charge for late check out, you may stay a maximum of 6 hrs, ONLY if we have  availability. If you pass the 6 hrs the night will be charged.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are not refundable.
  • The total cost of the reservation (deposit) will be charged, in case of not notifying
     any change or cancellation 10 days before your arrival.

If it is your case and notify you of its cancellation after 10 days there is no problem. You must present proof of cancellation and date you were notified and you can reschedule your reservation.
