Cancellations and Reschedules

  • We don’t do any type of refunds. Deposits are not refundable.
  • The total cost of the reservation (deposit) will be charged, in case of not notifying any change or cancellation 10 days before your arrival.

If this is your case and you notify of your cancellation after 10 days no problem. You must present proof of the cancellation and date you were notified then you can reschedule your reservation
